Curry Sweet Chili Turkey Vegetable Wraps

You can sure tell Spring is near! Fresh is in the air! It doesn't matter if it's pouring rain, or beaming bright sunshine FRESH is what's up and these delectible Curry Sweet Chili Turkey Wraps are no exception to that rule! MMM!

One bite and all I can do is quote a funny guy and co-worker of mine by saying, "It's like there's a party in my mouth and everyone's invited!"

Yah, we all got a good laugh outta that one, but seriously though, the flavors are so intense yet smoothly mesh for a tantalizing tastebud tra la la that is absolutely out of this world! If you love fresh, then you simply must try this! "Tastebud tra la la?" Did I really just say that? LOL! See! It's gotta be good! Recipe follows below:

Curry Sweet Chili Turkey Vegetable Wraps

Serves: Makes about 8, 10" Wraps

Ingredients:
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1/2c parmesan cheese, grated
6 green onions, chopped
1 crown broccoli chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/4 head green cabbage, chopped
4 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
1 cup sweet chili sauce
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg 10" flour tortillas

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium size bowl. Spread about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of the mixture on a flour tortilla, roll up like a burrito, slice in half on the diagonal and ENJOY!

  1. That sounds so yummy! I always order something similar to this in a local deli, but I wasn't sure how to make it. I'm printing it out to try.
